IBC 2019 is over. These were great five days full of meetings and demos! x-dream-distribution and partners would like to thank all visitors of our booth. See you again in Amsterdam next year!

in 2019 together with our partners in Hall 3 at the booth 3.B39 we showcased innovative, well-developed and affordable software solutions covering almost all possible postproduction, broadcasting, news publishing, and VOD scenarios. Among them - media asset management, workflow management, audio/video processing, ingest, transcoding, playout, and streaming tools, as well as software integration. You can buy any of them separately from us or our country partners all over the world. In addition, you can build a whole solution/workflow with the help of our experienced technical team. We launched our own product - a hosted services platform x-dream-Fabrik.

x-dream-Fabrik (Germany) - hosted services platform

Developed with a strong cooperation with tried-and-trusted partners, x-dream-Fabrik is a pre-integrated, pre-configured and managed Solution as a Service built to address common use cases. It runs in carefully chosen datacenters and public clouds. It is a ready-to-go platform with a clear pricing model for production and post-production, content sales and distribution, as well as archiving. x-dream-Fabrik is offered in two different operational modes: fully automated Chained Processing Workflow and human-operated Media Asset Management with Media Processing.

Anexia (USA) – Hosting & Connectivity

Anexia provides global Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) in over 50 countries and more than 90 locations worldwide. Anexia Dynamic Storage enables storage on a redundant, scalable platform with different performance classes to meet the needs of the intended application, including applications requiring both frequent and infrequent access.

As part of its strategic vision, in 2019, Anexia introduced a distributed S3 storage solution for its customers. With a distributed storage solution, erasure codes are added to the original content, then the protected content is split across multiple locations. The distributed storage solution provides an added layer of security, geo-redundancy with high availability and durability performance, and at a low cost. Objects in the archive can be tagged with metadata which can be used to search the content. A geo-DNS service can be used to pick the closest location to aggregate content from the multiple locations. A multi-petabyte S3 distributed storage solution is available today across Anexia’s Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and Vienna POPs. All storage nodes are connected on Anexia’s private fiber backbone in Europe, so content can be split and aggregated quickly and securely.
