Stefan Pfütze
Managing Director and Co-Founder | x-dream-media
As founder and Managing Director, Stefan Pfütze is responsible for the healthy growth of x-dream-media. In his function, he is also the contact person for any sales or partner management related question.
Previously, Stefan was employed at Rhozet and Harmonic. There he handled the business development, sales and partner as well as project management of the software-based transcoding products.
He started his career at ProSiebenSat.1 Produktion where he was acting as project engineer, project architect, and project manager. Stefan was significantly involved in building up the New Media product portfolio. He got his deep practical knowledge about production, post-production, and broadcast technologies inter alia from this time.
Stefan was studying electrical engineering with a deepening in data processing technology, informatics, and broadcast technology at the Technical University of Darmstadt. Already at this time he founded a first company and was acting as IT consultant.
Later on, he added a study of business administration at the Distance University of Hagen. There he picked up his passion for e-learning and cooperative working that he gained during his first study.
